Hold technical and strategic responsibility for core architecture and technology decisions on the dataspot product line following its acquisition by SoftProject.

• Act as the technical interface between engineering, product management, consulting, and customer projects.
• Define standards and best practices; ensure quality, scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Hands-on end-to-end engineering across the whole stack - frontend, backend, DevOps, CI/CD.
• Serve as technical lead on a separate group-wide, multi-tenant platform initiative.

• Led technical hiring: screened candidates, ran interviews, and made final fit decisions.
• Coordinated and delegated technical tasks across the team.
• Drove architecture and engineering standards, continuously reducing technical debt.

Helped grow dataspot from early concept to a mature enterprise-ready solution.

• Held complete ownership of frontend architecture, development tooling and UX.
• Co-developed dataspot's model-driven code generator, producing backend and frontend code from a central UML model.
• Implemented and evolved dataspot's metamodel, the product's core abstraction layer, becoming one of the team's technical authorities on it.
• Scaled the platform from thousands to millions of data points, resolving critical performance bottlenecks.
• Defined engineering standards and culture, mentoring and onboarding engineers as the team grew.

Led frontend development and user experience on a new headhunting product initiative.

One of dataspot's first engineers, built the frontend for its first commercial product alongside the founding CTO.

• Rebuilt the frontend from an early prototype into the architectural foundation the product still runs on today.
• Designed and implemented frontend-facing APIs.
• Established containerization, Git workflows, and end-to-end testing, shaping the team's early engineering practices.

Delivered full web applications for clients end-to-end: design, UX, frontend, backend, deployment.

Focus: Software Engineering

• Thesis (Grade 1, highest): Developed a hybrid textual and graphical web-based ArchiMate modelling tool with an IDE-like interface in collaboration with EclipseSource (Paper, GitHub).
• The thesis project remains under active development through subsequent Bachelor's and Master's theses, which I help supervise as a mentor.

Focus: IT & Entrepreneurship

• Thesis (Grade 6.0, highest): Conducted a conjoint analysis investigating the willingness to disclose personal data when using wearables in the health insurance sector.
• Selected for the University's High Potential Program.
